Click on the YouVersion Bible App, download it onto your phone or device and select a bible reading plan that suits you.  There are many to chose from.  Find a quiet place to sit and meditate and read the bible passage on your device or in your Bible.  Follow the SOAP method (below) and journal your thoughts and prayers.
